Why the label printer can't work？
Please check if the label printer is connected to your computer through a data cable.
If the printer turned on or not.
If the label is properly placed or not and please make sure it is the thermal label.
After finished the three steps, when the machine is turned on, press the feed button for 4 seconds. After the blue light flashes 1 time, then release the feed button. The machine will print out a self-check information page to ensure that the machine is working properly.
Why can't connect the Bluetooth successfully?
Please download "Labelife" App to print in Bluetooth(Download from Google Play or App Store)
Please check if the printer turned on or not.
If your Bluetooth is on or not.
If the App is connected with the printer.
How to print pictures in "Labelife" App?
1.Click "New Label"
2.Input your label size of the label.
3.Click "√", then the label appears in the design area.
4.Click "Picture"
5.Choose your picture then click "Print"
In Bluetooth, can I print labels for other platforms(Facebook, Skype, WhatsApp, etc)?
Kindly note you need our APP "Labelife" to print labels on Bluetooth.
There are 2 ways you can import the file from other platforms.
1. Select the platform and import file in the APP
2. Open the file and select copy to Labelife to custom and print

How To Print A 4"x6" Label On Phone/iPhone/ipad?
①Download "Labelife" APP From Google Play or App Store.
②Turn on the phone's Bluetooth and connect to label printer.
③Open and import PDF from "File","Facebook","WhatsAPP","Skype".
④Click "PDF Processing".
⑤Choose the size of PDF file and click "Confirm",then click "Print".
